The owners of this ranch-style home wanted an extensive interior and exterior remodeling to capture their vision and drive new layers of aesthetic value into their day-to-day lives. This home only had one living room, but the owners wanted a space that could greet and entertain guests as well as a comfortable, relaxed area to nest in with their media center.
We took one of the home’s unused bedrooms and completely transformed it into a den. To accomplish this, both an interior closet and the ‘coat closet’ (which were accessible from the living room) were removed. An opening was also created between the living room and this new den space, complete with 5-paneled pocket bungalow styled trim and new carpeting. We also custom-built and installed a panel of three windows on the shared wall of the den and the interior hallway — allowing light to pour into the hall and increasing the overall aesthetic of the den.

Our end-to-end bathroom design process marries form and function to provide an aesthetically pleasing environment that helps you unwind after a hard day at work. We handle all types of bathroom remodeling projects—from full master bath suites, to master baths complete with dressing areas, to your tiniest powder room.

The owners of this bathroom needed to increase the space of their bathroom, make the tub wheelchair accessible, and add accents and aesthetics to really impress their guests. We removed the tub, took an additional foot from the adjoining closet to create additional shower space, and made the floor of the shower flush and curbless for wheelchair accessibility.
The use of Artisan Stone in Ivory Antiqued tumbled marble on the walls and shower floor paired with the Island Stone Pebbles in Flores Green on the vanity backsplash earned us two awards — a Professional Remodeler Best of the Best Design Silver Award and a NARI Capital CotY Honorable Mention Award Residential Bath.

The owners of this Eastport, Annapolis home wanted to improve both their interior and exterior feng shui. After we expanded the kitchen and added a much-needed powder room, we set to work on the exterior. The tired old brick was removed and replaced with James Hardiplank siding with trim and details. Then, we added brick piers to help age the exterior while exposing framing and added tapered columns to tie the home into the neighborhood aesthetic.
