Project: Master bathroom remodel
After interviewing several contractors, my husband and I settled on Villa Builders for a master bath remodel. Jeff met with us several times prior to the start of the project to make sure he understood our expectations, the limitations of the space (very small bathroom with no room for expansion), and budget. When the project began, Jeff and his subcontractors were excellent in containing the mess and the chaos that seem to go hand in hand with remodeling. He was especially concerned about keeping dust levels low as we had a small child and pets in the home. The subcontractors were prompt, polite and their attention to detail was wonderful. Jeff kept us informed of every step in the projects and we received weekly calls from Joanne to assess any additional concerns we may have had during the project. My husband and I highly recommend Villa Builders for anyone who would like a successful, high-quality remodel of their home!
Additionally, we have had two different issues with our home requiring the need of a contractor (outside the bathroom remodel). Jeff made himself available to us on both occasions, helping us to work through the problems.
Project: Kitchen addition and renovation, new powder room, deck remodel, front and side porch additions and new Hardiplank siding.
We had stereotypes about building contractors, pigeon-holing them in with used car salespeople. Villa defied those stereotypes. We’ve already recommended them to several people.
Project: Kitchen addition and renovation, screened porch addition.
They surpassed my expectations and I can't believe how wonderful my kitchen is. We are thrilled with the work. We did interview other companies. Looking back, I know we would have not ended up with such a great kitchen had we gone with someone else. The guidance that Joanne gave us during the choice and selection process we would have not received elsewhere.
First project: Renovate master bathroom.

Villa Builders worked with us every step of the way to ensure we had a viable plan to upgrade our master bedroom suite. They were attentive to details and produced a very high quality end product-it's just beautiful! Friendly, courteous and skilled contractors made the difference. We are extremely pleased with the final product.
Project: Whole house remodel.
Jeff is a great guy and easy to work with; we are very satisfied with our experience with Villa Builders. They turned our modest little beach house into a jewel box and we are thrilled. We would definitely recommend Villa Builders to our friends and family.

Our experience with Jeff, Joanne, and the crew of Villa Builders was positive every step of the way. We are thrilled with the new dormer and bathroom construction for our 3rd floor master bedroom. We wanted a quality job with attention to detail, a cooperative approach that kept us in the loop, and a full court press to get it done once the work started. We were completely satisfied on all counts and hope for another chance to work with such a professional outfit.
Project: Front porch
We hired Villa Builders after a disastrous experience with another builder. We needed a new builder to complete our project under a new permit, as well as participate in the repairs that were left form the previous builder. Villa was extremely professional in their comments regarding the work of the previous builder despite our rantings or what Jeff may actually have been thinking. Our front porch is beautiful-incredible workmanship and details. We look forward to having Villa Builders complete our repairs and put their finishing touch on our home. I would highly recommend Villa.
First project: Addition of sunroom, sitting room, and bathroom to a ramble style home.
Second project: Update kitchen.
We brought our design to Villa Builders with special considerations required because of septic tank limitations and handicap access. Villa Builders and our architect did a wonderful job working around these issues. Jeff is wonderful; he was always there when he said he would be and we are very happy with the results. The Villa Builders crew took great care to clean up nightly and finished our project in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Villa Builders to others.
Project: Renovate basement

Second project: Renovate guest bath/powder room, tile work in adjacent hall and mud/laundry room.
Villa communicates very well and all the subcontractors were very, very pleasant people. I love our new bathroom and wouldn't change a thing.
